Adult Tappers
Alabama ballet school
Flexible times and days are offered for adult ballet and tap classes at the Alabama Ballet School. Whether you’re a serious student or someone looking for fun, different extra-curricular activity, the state’s premier professional ballet company provides quality training to all.
The minimum age for all adult classes is 16. Adults typically range in age from mid-20s and up.
If you would like to register for adult tap, please review and complete the online registration form. Once you submit your form, our school administrator will be in touch to confirm your registration and provide any further information.
Tap Classes
The Adult Tap Program is a school year program with an optional showcase at the end of the school year.
Tuition $487.50 total - $243.75 per semester
*Does not include costume or production fee
*Must pay per semester
- One class per week $69 per month (seven months total – no December)
- Production Fee $100 (Tap Showcase at UAB's Alys Stephens Center, Sitore Theater)
- Costume Fee $160 per class
