Sarah grew up dancing in Orlando, Florida as a student and then trainee with the Orlando Ballet. Throughout her training, Sarah attended summer courses such as Pacific Northwest Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Kibbutz Contemporary Company, and Chautauqua. While at Chautauqua she had the honor of being coached by Patricia McBride in the “Man I Love” Pas de Deux and performing in the Washington Ballet’s Swan Lake. In 2017 she joined the Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Professional Division under the direction of Peter Boal. While at PNB Sarah performed company roles such as Flute in Fanfare, Butterfly in George Balanchine’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and various roles in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®. After graduating from PNB Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Ballet and Arts Management at Indiana University under the direction of Sarah Wroth. While dancing at IU Sarah trained under Kyra Nicols, Carla Korbes, and Sasha Janes to perform roles such as Sugar Plum in Michael Vernon’s The Nutcracker, Russian Girls in Serenade, and Anthony Tudor’s Dark Elegies.
