Summer Program
Summer Program 2013: June 3 - June 29
The Alabama Ballet Summer Program is four weeks of professional training that culminates in a final performance on Saturday, June 29. Dancers ages 11-20 are invited to take classes like ballet technique, pointe, variations, partnering, modern, jazz, hip hop and Pilates in our state-of-the-art facility. Housing is available for out-of-town students. Audition information is below.

- Roger Van Fleteren, Alabama Ballet Associate Artistic Director, former ABT soloist & London City Ballet principal
- Shawn Black, Alabama native and former ABT soloist
- Deidra Carberry, Former ABT principal, Asst. Professor of Dance at University of Cincinnati
- Teri Weksler, Southern Danceworks artistic director, former dancer with Mark Morris Dance Group
- Margi Cole, Artistic Director and founder of The Dance COLEctive in Chicago
- Donnette Cannonie, Chicago dancer, choreographer, and Hip Hop instructor

Auditions
Please bring a $20 audition fee and make checks payable to Alabama Ballet.
Bring a full-body photograph of yourself in first arabesque in dance clothing.
