A native of Washington, Jace Pauly grew up as a multi-sport athlete in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Enjoying all types of athletic activity, he found dancing as a natural part of life. He began his formal training under Melissa Port, from there he moved across the country to Walnut Hill School for the Arts where he learned from Michael Owen and other teachers from the Royal Ballet and American Ballet Theatre (he graduated in 2015). In 2016 he had the honor to attend the Jacobs Pillow Ballet Program where he performed a world premiere at the season opening gala. He spent the last two years performing with the Atlanta Ballet as part of their second company. He is very excited to start a new chapter in his life with the Alabama Ballet!
